When a client arrives, we talk for 10-15 minutes as they speak to why they have come. Together we set a clear intention for the work and then the client gets on a massage table lying face up. My work is done fully clothed, and I ask that clients wear lose comfy clothing. I work with touch on the body as well as in the energy field.
I will often use an essential oil, tuning forks, breath, or sound bowls to help facilitate healing, especially if there is an unconscious block in the body.
When we meet a place of held trauma, clients will laugh, cry, scream, shake, and everything else you can think of. However, it is often short lived and as a result of the willingness to meet themselves, clients experience deep relaxation and a feeling of lightness.
Sometimes, loved ones will come forward with a request for Intergenerational Healing. If the client is ready, intergenerational healing is an incredible gift to the entire lineage; those who have passed and those still to come.

Absolutely! Remote healing work is sometimes easier as there is no “matter” to get through.
It is especially useful when working with intergenerational trauma.
I work with clients all over the world remotely, with great success.

This is really different for everyone. If someone is working with complex trauma, we may need to work together consistently for several months. However, if you are just feeling a bit stuck in your life, as little as one session could be useful.
I highly encourage maintenance sessions every six weeks or so. Most people tend to wait too long and then need two or three sessions to get back in their body or on track in their life. Maintaining support also helps maintain accountability.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you do not cancel in that window, you will be charged a $50 no show fee for the first offense and the full price of your service for the following offenses.
